Consultants work on a semester-long project for a real client in a team of three to four people under a Project Lead.

Project Leads bring in or shape a project they are passionate about. Projects may come from a local business, small community organization, previous internship, founder, or professional connection. Leads manage the client relationship, guide the consultant team, and drive final recommendations.
